1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from trenddrop.tech you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of checkout are the prices you pay.

Product images are representative. Slight colour variations may occur due to manufacturing or screen calibration.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by CJ Dropshipping and ship from warehouses in China. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only — we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs clearance.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of TrendDrop or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringing the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
