Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $50.
- A flat $5.99 shipping fee applies to orders under $50.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number where available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package via the carrier's website. Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

My Order Hasn't Arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of your order date, please contact us at support@trenddrop.tech and we will investigate and issue a full refund or resend your order.
