Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled by CJ Dropshipping and shipped directly from warehouses in China. This lets us offer a wide selection of trending products at great prices.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location. US and UK orders generally arrive in 7–15 business days. See our Shipping Info page for a full breakdown by region.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat $5.99 shipping fee applies.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking to activate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported where available.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We never see or store your card details.

Can I return an item?

Email us at support@trenddrop.tech with your order number and photos of the damage. We will make it right — either a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement as long as they haven't been dispatched yet. Email support@trenddrop.tech with your order number as soon as possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view your order history and track past purchases.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

Depending on your country's regulations, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.
