We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
What Is Eligible for a Return?
You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if your item is:
- Defective or not working on arrival.
- Damaged during shipping.
- Significantly different from what was described.
- Missing parts or accessories.
- Never arrived within 45 days of your order date.
What Is Not Eligible?
- Change of mind after the item has shipped.
- Damage caused by the customer (drops, liquid damage, misuse).
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at support@trenddrop.tech within 30 days of delivery (or 45 days from order date if not delivered).
- Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.
- We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with next steps — either a replacement or a refund.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Do I Need to Ship the Item Back?
In most cases, you do not need to return the item. For defective or damaged goods we will issue a refund or send a replacement without requiring a physical return.
In exceptional cases where a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before they are dispatched. Email support@trenddrop.tech with your order number. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
